SIEX™ SMS (Small Spaces)

The SIEX-HC™ clean agent system is adapted for small enclosures. Specifically designed to protect small spaces such as vehicles, buses, waste disposal trucks, electrical panels and telecommunication servers. There is a growing trend to install this type of device in order to minimize any fire damage without the need for large extinguishing equipment.

SIEX™ SMS uses FM-200® and HFC-125 gases as extinguishing agents. Both gases are suitable for class A, class B and class C or A+ fires. It is stored as a compressed liquefied gas in small pressurized cylinders and can be installed in almost any location. The cylinder is connected to a very simple distribution network. Manual activation can be local or remote.

The release can be activated by anyone operating the machinery or using the protected enclosure. Remote activation is by a push button associated with the panel which controls the extinguishing system. The system complies with ISO 14520, UNE 23573 and NFPA 2001 standards.
